Bennet students provided entertainment to onlookers Tuesday,
December 2 in the high school gymnasium. The fifth and sixth grade
band took the floor first and entertained friends and family with a
variety of holiday songs.

Next, the chorus took the stage.
The program began strong with grades K-6 lining up for their own
rendition of "The Everlasting Fruitcake". Like many adults, the
performers couldn't quite figure out how that pesky holiday
fruitcake returns year after year. With a total of eight songs,
each grade had an opportunity to shine as a class.

The evening wrapped up, though, with another grand
celebration of all 248 performers taking the stage to engage the
audience in a production of Jingle Bells.
